Enigma, Inc. (¡°the Company¡±) presents this policy

personal information of data subjects under THE PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION
ACT and related Acts and subordinate statutes and treats difficulties related
to it quickly and smoothly.

Our Privacy Policy is applied to the service users of Search@ worldwide including the users of apps, websites, functions and additional services. The service of Search@ sets forth where and how we use users¡¯ personal information for communication between things, mutual text messages through vehicle IDs, phone connections, community services, location verification, and additional services and protects it, which requires mutual trust between Enigma, Inc. and the users of the services of Search@.
2. Subject that Controls the Information
Search@ provides services to users worldwide. Enigma, Inc. becomes the subject that controls the information of the Republic of Korea regardless of your nationality and address. The information you provide is collected and managed by the subjects according to address. The location of the subject that controls the information is as follows:

Information about the location of things, services of Search@ you use, your name, email, phone number, login ID, password, payments, bank account for payments, and card credit information
Information on cars such as vehicle ID and location
Service requirements through the Search@ service app or website
Other support service requirements via the Search@ customer service center
Information created when you use the Search@ app service and web service : Access, logs, voices, texts, date and time information of phone calls and SMS messages
Requests for marketing information of the third parties using the app service and web service of Search@

The Company handles personal information for the following purposes. Your personal information processed by us is not used for any purpose other than the purposes specified in the following, and we will take necessary measures when any change occurs in the purposes of use, such as obtaining additional consent in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
¨ç Personal information shall be processed for the purpose of confirming the membership subscription intent, checking and authorizing personal identity in connection with the provision of membership service, maintaining and managing membership qualifications, confirming one¡¯s identity upon the implementation of the limited self-identity confirmation policy, preventing unfair service utilization, confirming legal representative agreements on handling the personal information of persons under 14, providing various notices, resolving disputes, etc.
¨è Provision of goods or services
Personal information shall be processed for the purpose of the provision of services, contents, customized service, authorizing personal identity, payment and settlement for costs which can be incurred in the future, debt collection, etc.
¨é Damage relief
Personal information shall be processed for the purpose of checking the identity of a complaint petitioner, confirming the complaint details, contacting and providing a notice for a fact investigation, notifying the complaint handling results, etc.

5. Rights, Obligation and Exercise Methods of Data Subject
¨ç The data subject shall be entitled to exercise the
following rights related to personal information protection by the Company :
1. The right to make a request for inspection of personal information;
2. The right to request correction in the case of an error, etc.;
3. The right to request deletion; and
4. The right to request suspension of information handling
¨è With respect to the Company, the exercise of rights
according to paragraph 1 can be executed in writing, by electronic email,
facsimile (fax), etc. and the Company shall immediately implement the relevant
measure.
¨é On the occurrence of a correction or deletion request by
the data subject with respect to personal information errors, etc. the Company
shall not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction
or elimination is completed.
¨ê The exercise of rights in accordance with paragraph 1 may be
executed through a representative, such as legal representative or a person
with power of attorney from the information owner.
¨ë The data subject shall not violate their own personal information and privacy or those of others by violating related legislation such as the Privacy Act.

history etc.
¨ê The items above are default ones, and the Company can
require and collect additional information in accordance with its need to
provide services with the users¡¯ consent.
7. Destruction
of Personal Information
¨ç Once the personal information is deemed unnecessary,
such as the achievement of the handling purpose or expiration of the personal
information retention period, the Company shall destroy the pertinent personal
information without undue delay.
¨è If personal information has to be preserved in accordance with other laws and regulations despite the expiration of the agreed period of personal information from the information subject or the fulfillment of the purpose of processing, the personal information is transferred to a separate database (DB).
¨é The destruction procedure and methods are as follows.

The Company selects and makes decisions on which personal information will expire, and expires the personal information with the approval of the personal information protection manager in the company.

The information stored in an electronic file format shall be destroyed with a non-revival technological method such as low-level format.
